Speed Writing With PLR Articles
Posted by admin
Lately, I’ve noticed just how much using PLR articles has helped me to improve my writing speed. I always knew it did, but had never taken note of exactly how much. Normally, I’m a painfully slow writer. I think a few people out there can probably relate to that.
We’ve all heard the stories about people who can do some quick research and write a decent article in ten minutes or less. On a subject they know absolutely nothing about to boot! I believe this usually involves a system of structuring the article perfectly. There’s a set format that each one follows. Once you have that structure committed to memory, it’s just a matter of filling in the information you need to put into each section. So, the idea is that you do some quick research online, find some points of interest, then write. Everything falls neatly into the template. No thinking involved. This is a wonderful technique.
In theory.
But it’s never worked for me. Don’t get me wrong. I’m sure it does for a lot of people. I’m sure a lot of people swear by it. But I could just never get the hang of writing in that way.
There are many more people that I know of who can at least get an article out in half an hour. That sounds like a reasonable time frame to me. I actually envy them. It must be nice to be able to churn them out like that. My time spent on an article that I write from scratch is usually double that if I’m lucky. Maybe it’s my typing speed, maybe I’m just too much of a perfectionist. I don’t know.
But what I have found that increases my productivity tremendously is to use PLR articles as a place to start for whatever I write. I think it helps so much because all the research has already been done, and the article has already been structured perfectly for me. Sometimes, I think I also need a jolt as far as just getting my brain going. Left to my own devices, I can just sit here staring at my monitor for a long time, wondering what to write about. That becomes completely unnecessary if it’s all been done already, and all I have to do is put some things into my own words.
With PLR articles as a starting point, I find that I am able to keep a good pace going and get a unique, finished article out in about fifteen minutes. You have to love anything that quadruples your productivity instantly. If you’re having the same problem with your own writing, then give it a try.
